I am thrilled to announce that Hemanth Digumarthi, Esq. has recently joined The Gage Law Firm as an Associate, focusing on our core cases of criminal defense for those struggling with mental health challenges.
Hemanth is a well-respected and broadly experienced litigator. He is a former prosecutor for the DeKalb Solicitor General's Office, where he tried dozens cases before criminal juries. He has also worked as a civil litigator for both State Farm and Liberty Mutual. Most recently, he worked as a Labor & Employment attorney for the Georgia Attorney General's Office.
Hemanth is also a leader in our community, having served on the Board of The Georgia Asian Pacific American Bar Association (GAPBA) since 2015; as President his first year. He was a part of an exclusive delegation of attorneys representing the United States overseas in the same capacity.
Most importantly to me, Hemanth is brimming with compassion for those facing mental health challenges and specifically joined the Firm because he wanted to tackle the dilemmas we face in the criminal justice system every day. His demeanor and respect for our clients will be an incredible asset to our mission.
