The writing was on the wall for this one but the logic still makes no sense to me. The federal government and states are not sovereign entities, but rather complementary ones, with one overarching supreme charter of law.
More fascinating and surprising to me is that the only (!) two dissenters are RGB (no surprise) and Neil Gorsuch (!!!). Gorsuch's dissent was particularly on point. Could this be a sign of the next lib power duo on the Court?
